David Ellis
Founder & President
(203) 644-1703
Before launching the company in 1998, David Ellis spent ten years in trade magazine operations learning publishing and conference management, first at Intertec Publishing (Chicago), then at Bill Communications (NYC), a division of VNU Publishing. David has a BA, Economics from Dartmouth, an MA in War Studies from King's College London, and an MBA, Finance from Columbia Business School.

If David had an extra hour each day: "I would read novels - my new extracurricular passion. I used to read more non-fiction and biographies but have shifted to stories. I think the 'truths' from a great fiction writer are a little more insightful and deep."

Jeanette Flom

Jeanette is passionate about understanding an organization’s vision and enabling strategic partnerships, which she does as Lincoln's COO as well as Managing Director for Home Care 100 and Senior Living 100. Prior to Lincoln, Jeanette brought together health system executives striving for digital transformations as SVP of Network Experience and Client Engagement at AVIA. She served as Division VP at the American Diabetes Association bringing likeminded c-suite executives, elected officials, and passionate constituents together to improve the lives of all people living with diabetes. Jeanette holds a B.S. in Business Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University.

If Jeanette had an extra hour each day: "I would learn another language...or three."

Jim has a BA, English from Gettysburg College and an MBA, Finance and Healthcare from University of Connecticut.

If Jim had an extra hour each day: "I enjoy spending time with my wife and four children – but if I had an extra hour in the day all to myself, I'd spend it playing drums!"

Tim Bateman
Managing Director
(203) 644-1705

This is his second stint with Lincoln, returning after 8 years of advising and training the owners of small and mid-sized businesses. He has a BA in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Yale University.

If Tim had an extra hour each day: "I’d love to spend more time helping my children with their schoolwork. Homework seems to have gone by the wayside in our school district, in favor of completing assignments at school. I feel like I’m missing out on an important rite of parenting!"
